This plan starts at $250/month (up to $500/month depending on need) and affordably helps clients avoid the pitfalls that are common for start-ups. You get us as much as you want via email, text, or phone. We are here for you to vent, brainstorm, bounce ideas off of, or to simply get advice — whatever that may look like for you on any given day. This plan is restricted to advice only, but is ideal for start-up businesses that need experienced business owners as mentors and lawyers… otherwise, there is no restriction… you call or contact us as much as you need.

Starting at $1,000/month, this plan is priced based on the size and the needs of your business. We will not only listen and advise, but also review documents and opine, edits contracts, and draft notices and letters. Need a trademark? Want us to come to a meeting at your business? Want to meet with us outside the office? These are covered under this umbrella. This plan is intended to provide the small to medium size business with the “Feel” of in-house counsel without the cost. This plan is restricted to transactional work only; court appearances and patent work are not covered.

This plan typically costs $2,500 for an individual and $3,500 for a couple; however, complex plans may cost more. This Plan gives you the following documents:

Up to 2 Trusts,

A Living Will,

A Health Care Surrogate,

A Durable Power of Attorney, and

A Last Will and Testament.

Included in this price, is up to three (3) in person meetings.  As always, telephone and email communication is unlimited in amount under this price.

This plan is the flat fee for a one-off project. Want a lease, contract drafted, or a letter written but without the need the month-to-month support? This is the plan for you. Everything is on a flat-fee basis because we don’t believe in surprises or in hourly billing. Our flat fee saves us time and headaches & saves you money. All you need to do is call, email, or come in with your idea or project and we’ll discuss and quote you a fee and timeline for that project.
